Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If you need to change your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to a missed appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.

Emergencies

If you have a dental emergency, please call our office. After hours, Dr. Khani or an on-call doctor is available. Our voicemail provides after-hours emergency information.

Payment

Our office is committed to helping maximize your dental insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate the services that may be covered by your particular policy. Expenses that are estimated not to be covered are expected to be paid at the time of service. For covered expenses, we will submit a claim to your insurance company.
